Since joining the commercial division of PMZ in September 2003 I have specialized in sales and leasing of commercial, retail and industrial properties locally and out of state. Whether selling, buying or leasing, all of my clients benefit from the depth of experience I bring to their projects.

From six years as a commercial project manager handling acquisitions, entitlements, design, permitting, construction and sales of various commercial and residential developments, I bring a developer’s perspective to my clients’ projects.

From fifteen years managing a multi-branch financial services firm handling operational, personnel, financial and contractual obligations, as well as property acquisition, leasing and build-outs, I bring a business owner’s perspective to my clients’ projects.

From eleven years of police officer/detective experience, I bring a focus on thoroughness and accuracy in all of my work.

And in my many years of teaching Bible studies with BSF International, Campus Crusade for Christ and my local church, I bring a high standard of ethics and integrity to all of my responsibilities and relationships.
