PERSONAL

Al and Carol have both been lifetime residents of the greater San Joaquin Valley.

Al graduated from Cal State Hayward-Bachelor of Science Degree.  Owned and operated a dairy for twenty years receiving "Escalon Farmer of the Year Honors" in 1983.  He continues his knowledge of cattle life running a herd of beef cattle.  He has also coached football for the Escalon Cougars for the past twenty years.  Al speaks Portuguese, and some Spanish.

Carol graduated from Delta College in Stockton and recently earned her GRI in Real Estate.  Raised three successful sons, and enjoys being with five grandchildren.  Al and Carol took great pride in being honored as "Family of the Year" in 1990.  They are active participants of St. Patrick's Church.  Both Al and Carol have been not only married partners but business partners through-out their life together.  They obviously work well together no matter what the challenge.
