When you are saving a search you will also see email notification options. By clicking the checkboxes you control what days and at what times we will send you an email telling you which saved searches, if any, have new matches.
When scanning through home lists, the same one keeps catching your eye. Only after you click on it do you realise that you already looked at it and decided against it... twice before.
Aggravating right?
Well, just like you can save a property, you can also reject one. This will mark it in the lists as one you have already decided you are not interested in.
Not good enough?
Then you can elect to hide the rejected properties and they will not show up on future lists after that. Change your mind? No problem. Go to your myRejects folder and take it back off the list or move it to your mySaved folder if you decide it was pretty good after all.
How do I view my saved searches?
When you are logged on you will have an orange menu in the upper
left corner of the page called - My PMZ. By clicking on My
Homepage you will see links to Rejected Properties as
well as Saved Searches and Saved Properties.
When you are on a search results page you will see this tab. Clicking the Rejected Properties link will also take you to your Rejected Properties page.
