It Is Wrong to Use Our Programming.

This agreement on terms and conditions of use shall be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California. User agrees that the Central Valley New Homes site operates solely in Modesto, Stanislaus County, California, although PMZ utilizes a server outside of Modesto, Stanislaus County, California to host the site. User agrees that the local internet point of presence for the Central Valley New Homes site for all purposes is in Modesto, Stanislaus County, California. Any dispute that arises relating to this agreement on terms and conditions of use (whether contract, tort, both, or otherwise) shall be resolved or any action shall be brought in Stanislaus County, California.
Other Terms and Conditions.
PMZ reserves the right at their discretion to change these conditions and terms of use and will notify users of any such changes by online postings.
