Richard and Mary have been serving this community's real estate needs since 1988. Richard is a proud Veteran and former high school teacher in the Bay Area. Upon moving to Modesto in 1986, they both began pursuing a career in real estate. Since then, they have formed a thriving business by building a great bond with clients helping them with all their real estate needs over the years - and now have the pleasure of helping their children purchase their own home.

Richard and Mary have been married for a rock-solid 36 years. They have two grown children, five grandchildren, and their dog Mickey. They have a strong family unit that brings them joy every day and are active in their church, The House Modesto.

Volunteering in the community and giving back has always been important to them. They have been fortunate to have worked with great organizations such as The Hunger Project, Youth at Risk, Buena Vida Youth Ranch, Suicide Prevention, Adult Tutoring and helping underprivileged kids with bike repair and maintenance.

Richard's passion aside from real estate is cycling. In his spare time, Richard teaches Bike Maintenance at Modesto Junior College. You can typically find him either at the office or on his bike. Mary takes care of their transactions with tender loving care and In her spare time, you can most likely find with a paintbrush in hand repurposing a piece of furniture or with a soldering torch working on jewelry design.

Richard and Mary are so grateful for their lives and how far they've have come, their faith, kids, grandchildren, friends, and family.
